Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to the European Union, encompassing the following 27 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Our realization time is typically 2–5 business days, but please note that fulfillment time does not include shipping. Larger orders may require a longer realization period. We do not guarantee fulfillment times within the 2-5 business days range.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your order tracking number. If you encounter any issues or have questions about your order, please contact us at support at gatohoodies.store, and we will be happy to assist you.

Our standard shipping option is free of charge. Additionally, we offer express shipping for an extra fee. The cost of express shipping may vary depending on the country and the number of items in your cart. You can view the express shipping prices on the checkout page.

 

When placing an order, it is essential to ensure that you enter a valid and accurate address and verify it before completing the checkout. If you later claim that the address entered during checkout is incorrect, you agree to be responsible for additional shipping costs.

All our hoodies are made to order and/or personalized for our customers. For this reason, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind and no longer wish to keep them. You can refer to the EU return policy for more information on returns.

In the event that your hoodie has defects, please visit this page and complete the provided form within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to attach pictures showing the defects. To be eligible for a refund, the hoodie must be unworn, unwashed, and in “as new” condition. It’s important to note that we do not provide refunds for items intentionally damaged. Our coverage extends only to misprints and manufacturing faults. If your hoodie is found to be defective, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the items to our warehouse. Once received, we will inspect the product for damage and issue a refund accordingly.

If your package is lost in transit, please submit all claims no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring your order reaches you as intended.
